At Weed Man, we’re firm believers that we’re stronger together! That’s why we’re ecstatic to announce a major merger of our Epic3 and LND groups into a super group.
What does this merger mean for customers in these territories? According to Epic3’s Andy Kurth, combining each group's assets and experience will mean “the same local service they love, just backed by more resources. Whether they’re in the Midwest or our new Boston territory, they’re getting the full E3 standard.”
“It’s about growing the right way. We want to scale our ‘People’ and ‘Community’ pillars, and bringing in a great team we already trust lets us do that without losing our identity and enables us to continue to put people first.”
He added, “It’s all about creating more opportunities for our people and better serving our communities.”
The merger will bring the following territories under one united banner.
In addition to this merger, the Epic3 Group has also acquired Aurora, IL, and Buffalo East, NY.
"I couldn't be more excited to be merging with Epic3,” said LND’s Brandon Burns. “The thinking, culture, and desire to win were so similar across our groups that I felt like combining our companies would create unparalleled synergies. It's going to be a great fit."
These feelings were echoed by Kurth, who said, “We’re bringing long-time friends into the E3 family to officially go coast-to-coast.”
Weed Man has over 270 franchises across the US and Canada. However, we take pride in the fact that we are locally owned and operated in over 1000 territories. This gives us a unique blend of the resources and expertise of an international network, while offering the individual attention of a family-run business.
“We’ve been close with the LND team for a long time and share the same views on culture. It was the perfect time to bring them into the E3 family,” said Kurth.
