We’re Joining Forces to Serve You Even Better!

You may have noticed that “Weed Man for the Win” has been our slogan for the last few years.

This rallying cry has never been more fitting, now that our ACE Group and our Winchester Group have merged to form the new ACEWIN Group.

But what does this mean for you, our customer? More resources. More expertise. More yard wins!

“Customers in all territories will begin to notice more available resources, such as longer office hours when they phone in and better quality control on their lawn’s results,” said David Waskey, Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed ACEWIN Group.

He added, “We can now offer them more expertise from having the ability to promote or hire at a higher professional tier.”

The merger will bring the following territories under one united banner:

  • From The Ace Group: Louisville, KY; Elizabethtown, KY; Myrtle Beach, SC; Bloomington, IN; Johnson City, TN
  • From The Winchester Group: Winchester, VA; Richmond, VA; Annapolis, MD; Frederick, MD; Washington, D.C.; Birmingham, AL

The entire Weed Man team is thrilled about this merger, and we look forward to doubling down on our efforts to serve you in 2026 and beyond!

“I love family, and Weed Man has become part of my family. I could not be more excited about any opportunity to expand that family. I have met some of my closest friends within Weed Man, and the opportunity to continue doing so is exciting,” said Waskey.

“I have also been continuously hearing from everyone on our team how excited they are at the opportunities this has created for them to advance both their professional and personal lives.”
