Weed Man Muskoka is a Proud Sponsor of Muskoka Animal Rescue

The team at Weed Man & Mosquito Hero in Muskoka is proud to support Muskoka Animal Rescue—a volunteer committee dedicated to keeping our furry friends safe and well cared for—with a $10,000 donation this April.

This is a cause near and dear to everyone in the local Weed Man and Mosquito Hero office, nearly all of whom have adopted rescue animals! Over the years, Steacie Lachance, the owner of Weed Man and Mosquito Hero Muskoka, has adopted seven cats and one dog from Muskoka Animal Rescue, including “office lunch liberator” Chloe (pictured in the cheque presentation photo below). Office administrator Shannon Rhyner recently adopted her dog Milo (pictured in the Weed Man hat below), who serves as the office mascot, and technical manager Emma Blair adopted her cat Pepper!

Muskoka Animal Rescue works to improve the lives of companion animals by providing loving, foster-based care for surrendered, lost, and abandoned animals in the Muskoka-Parry Sound area. They also provide many more services to support companion animals and the people who love them! The management team at Weed Man and Mosquito Hero would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Sue, her mother Barb, and the whole Muskoka Animal Rescue team for their hard work and kindness. This donation marks the start of a wonderful, ongoing partnership!
